By accessing or using Mildpoint Atelier courses or the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you enroll minors, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Payments and refunds
- Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time before purchase.
- Refunds are available up to 7 days before a workshop starts unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers subject to their terms.
Acceptable conduct
Treat participants and instructors respectfully. Do not misuse content or disrupt sessions. Follow all safety guidance and instructor directions during workshops.
Intellectual property
Course materials, text, and designs are owned by Mildpoint Atelier or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Disclaimers and warranties
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that finishes will achieve any specific appearance or durability on your particular object.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mildpoint Atelier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable course.
Changes to services
We may modify or discontinue courses or features with reasonable notice where practical. If we cancel a session you have purchased, you will receive options for a refund or rescheduling.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations and, if necessary, binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California.
